OUR MISSION
To create a better business world by equipping individuals and leaders with the know-how to lead themselves and their team towards excellence.
We envision a world where people know their unique talents and make contributions that are forwarding, both personally and to others. We believe that when business leaders invest in their personal growth, a workplace culture that has both high standards in psychological safety and performance will emerge. Such a workplace allows for individuals to thrive and businesses to achieve sustained levels of excellence over a long time. That is why we choose to support the growth journey of individuals and leadership in organizations, who see themselves not just as “managers” of human resources, but also facilitators of human growth.
WHO WE ARE
We are a consultancy specializing in the people side of strategy. Unlike a typical consultancy firm, we have actual management experience of more than 15 years of applying the models to the businesses we built from scratch and refining it over the years.
One key milestone we have achieved is we started a team of 11 in the financial services industry with a revenue of $1 million and we have successfully grown it to a size of 70+ with a 10X revenue growth to $10 million within a 5-year period.
We have our fair share of ups and downs - these valuable lessons are what we will share so that you do not have to make the same mistakes we made.
We combined both internationally recognized assessment tools such as the Gallup CliftonStrengths and The Five Behaviors and in-house proprietary models for team building and business management.
Finally, we will walk the path with you to bring about the cultural change and ensure your leaders are well-equipped to ensure a sustainable progress
